All Plenary and Concurrent Minisymposia oral presentations will take place at the Keio Plaza Hotel.
ePoster Discussions presentations will take place at the NS Building
(located via a short walk from the Keio Plaza Hotel).
The Speaker Ready Room is located in Room Kaede, on the 4th floor of the main tower of Keio Plaza Hotel.
The room will be available to all presenters during the following hours:
• Wednesday 10 May: 07.30 – 17.00
• Thursday 11 May: 06.30 – 17.00
• Friday 12 May: 06.30 – 18.00
• Saturday 13 May: 06:30 – 19.00
All Plenary and Concurrent presentations are to be checked in at the Speaker Ready Room (Kaede) at least 30 minutes in advance of your presentation.
ePoster discussion presenters should upload their ePoster directly to the online platform. HERE
Plenary oral presentations are scheduled to allow for ten (10) minutes of presentation and two (2) minutes for discussion.
To coordinate sessions, the time limit will be strictly adhered to, or you will be asked to terminate your presentation by the session moderator(s).
Concurrent oral presentations are scheduled to allow for eight (8) minutes of presentation and two (2) minutes for discussion.

Each poster presenter will be asked to briefly describe their work using their uploaded ePoster PDF for up to three (3) minutes, followed by a short group discussion of up to two (2) minutes in length.
